How To: Account Administration and Log In

If you have not already, consider who will be assigned Conversa account manager for your organization. Those requiring Conversa access would receive an email from this individual. We recommend someone who is involved in user and password management like someone in IT.

Organizations will have at least one Conversa Admin (account manager) and may have Conversa Content Creator and/or  Viewer user roles depending on the license.
