• Make sure your camera is stationary and stable.
• Frame your upper body in landscape orientation.
• Use the camera and microphone in your phone or laptop to start filming today.
• StoryFile Life allows you to connect other external devices. Inexpensive web cameras are available at most electronics stores and online. Even the smallest detail of a story you are telling, can carry a larger lesson.

How long does this take? 

You can answer as many questions as you want. The more questions you answer, the richer the conversations you can have 

• You can cover topics like your first love, your career, or your experiences growing up in your hometown.
• We recommend recording 10-20 stories before publishing and sharing your StoryFile. This only takes about 10-30 minutes.
• There are over 400 questions available. But, choose one or two topics each day, and soon you’ll have your entire life recorded.
